Learning & Inductions

Individual’s can complete a range of learning and induction modules within WorkPro, so they can improve their readiness for work, whether it’s a new job, or a new position within an organisation.

WorkPro modules use audio, words and images to make the process more engaging, and each module is self-paced to appeal to individual learning styles.

Some WorkPro modules are dedicated to a specific industry or job role, whilst others are more general for those individual’s who have less time, are highly qualified or experienced, or where the work environment presents a lower risk.

Most modules are a maximum of 30 minutes long, and as part of each module, there is a brief competency-based assessment.

We leave the decision as to which modules need to be completed to employers. The decision of which modules the individual completes should be based on compliance obligations, risk management principles and operational considerations, amongst other things. At WorkPro we provide you with the tools and you make the decision on how and when to use them!
